The applicant is proposing to build seventy (70) rental housing units (with 25% of the units being set aside for low or moderate income families) on a portion of the site that was previously approved for a 6,500 square foot restaurant with 114 parking spaces.

Current Status:The Conceptual Master Plan review was completed by the Planning Board and a decision was rendered at their May 30, 2023 Special Regular Session meeting.
