A weekday or weekend facility preparation fee may be charged to prepare an athletic field for play for Priority Group #3, # 4 and #5. This fee may vary based on the scope and cost of work to be performed. Fees are reviewed and established by the Recreation Commission on an annual basis.
Reservation /Damage Deposit
Organizations or individuals reserving a facility (indoor or outdoor) must provide a 50% deposit of the rental charge to reserve the facility. Full payment is due no later than 2-weeks prior to the date of the scheduled event. If a reservation is made within two weeks of the specified date, then full payment is required with the application. The reservation deposit must accompany a complete reservation form for the date and facility to be officially secured in the users name.
Department personnel will respond to your request within 24 hours of your initial inquiry. It is required that the reservation application and the appropriate payments are returned to the Parks and Recreation office no later than 48 hours once the time and date requested has been confirmed by department personnel. The requested date/time will be tentatively held in the applicants name during this period, but will be released immediately after the 48 hour period has lapsed, if payment is not received.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If a reservation is canceled more than two weeks prior to the activity, than all payments are returned in full, minus a $5.00 processing fee. If a reservation is canceled within 2-weeks of the event, then the 50% deposit is forfeited.
