The Town of South Kingstown is offering a low interest loan program for the repair or replacement of on-site wastewater systems and cesspools. This program is administered by the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation in partnership with the Rhode Island Clean Water Finance Agency and the State Department of Environmental Management.
The program goal is to safeguard public health and protect and improve ground and surface water resources by ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all septic systems in South Kingstown.
