June 1, 2025 Update 

The foundation is in and Martone Construction Company has continued to stay on schedule throughout May 2025.  Residents and neighbors have started to see the form of the new garage taking shape as the masonry block continues to be stacked to form the walls of the new 2 bay garage.  The focus over the past month has been on the masonry construction and stagging materials on site for the next phase of the project which will include the framing of the walls of the administrative office area and roof structure.  

Project Schedule/ Upcoming Construction Activities

This month the schedule includes dropping lumber on site, pouring the concrete floors, and framing the walls of the residence/ administrative area.   We may also see a roof go up this month.  Abutters may see concrete trucks arriving for a few days as the floors get poured.  In addition, some delivery trucks may arrive with framing lumber and other materials.  We will work to keep deliveries after 8:00 a.m. to avoid any nuisance to neighbors.

Community Outreach/ Report Issues

The Town has engaged the services of the KCM, Group to provide project management services to include construction oversight and communication with the public.  KCM representative Amanda Pfeiffer has been assigned as the Town's representative.  Ms. Pfeiffer is in constant contact with Town staff on issues involving the project and is in charge of running day to day project operations.
