Project Schedule/ Upcoming Construction Activities
This month work will include completing the framing outriggers, installing the cupola, and making the shell weather tight by installing roofing materials, windows, temp doors, and damp proofing the CMU's. The exterior trim and soffits will also be installed. Abutters will mostly see this exterior work going on with noise primarily from nail guns and general material movement. We do not expect any major site work or machinery operations this month that would cause loud noises or disruption. Delivery trucks will continue to supply framing lumber and other materials to the site. We will work to keep deliveries after 8:00 a.m. to avoid any nuisance to neighbors.
